What to do if you forget your Myneu password
If you forget your Myneu password, you can reset it yourself by going to the password reset page. Enter your Northeastern University username and click the Reset Password button. You will then be prompted to answer some security questions. Once you have answered the questions, you will be able to create a new password.

Make sure you are using the correct Myneu login page. The Myneu login page is different than the login page for other Northeastern University systems such as Blackboard and HuskyCT.
If you are having problems logging in, please contact at help@northeastern.edu.
When you create your new password, make sure it is at least 8 characters long and contains a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbersh, and symbols.
