Disney Channel Orders Pilot for “Wizards of Waverly Place” Sequel Series
In a recent development, Disney Channel has officially greenlit the production of a pilot for a sequel series to the immensely popular "Wizards of Waverly Place." The original series' star, David Henrie, is set to both star in and executive produce the potential show. Selena Gomez, another original star, will appear in the pilot and serve as an executive producer.
