Eligibility Criteria
The DDA has set the following criteria that you must meet in order to be eligible for the housing scheme.
- The applicant must be a citizen of India and his/her age should be a minimum of 18 years
- It is also required that the applicant must not have any residential house or plot in his/her name or on the name of spouse or minor dependent children in New Delhi or Delhi Cantonment.
- In the case of a jointly owned plot for residential house, the applicant is eligible on the condition of having a share of less than 66.9 square meters
- Those who are already allotted a flat or house built by DDA or any other agency despite having a share of less than 66.9 square meters won’t be eligible to apply.
