Taylor Swift appears to have become something of a lucky charm for Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs, as the team has secured victory in four consecutive games with the singer in attendance.
Swift first attended a Chiefs game in Kansas City on September 24, showing her support as they beat the Chicago Bears. She then invited some celebrity friends to witness the Chiefs’ victory over the New York Jets at their home stadium. After a brief absence, she returned to Kansas City to witness the Chiefs’ triumph over the Broncos on Thursday Night Football.
Most recently, Swift watched the Chiefs secure a 31-17 victory over the Los Angeles Chargers. Notably, Kelce played a crucial role in this win, scoring a touchdown in the first half after a remarkable play. Swift celebrated the touchdown with Patrick Mahomes’ wife, Brittany.
The Chiefs’ winning streak coincides with Swift’s presence at the games, and their budding romance appears to have the approval of the Chiefs’ coach, Andy Reid, who commented positively on their relationship.
Swift’s appearance at the game followed her girls’ night out in Los Angeles and her cameo on Saturday Night Live with Kelce earlier this year.
